Directions:
- Adults take 1 scoop twice daily on an empty stomach in times of environmental stress or heavy physical activity (3 gram scoop included). Reduce intake to 1/3 scoop twice daily during periods of low stress.
- Children take ½ scoop twice daily on an empty stomach in times of environmental stress or heavy physical activity. Reduce intake to 1/6 scoop during periods of low stress.
- Infants up to 24 months should take 1/3 teaspoon.
