We want you to be 100% satisfied with your purchase from Mandala Organics.  We strive to be fair with our shipping charges, charging just a bit more than the actual shipping charge to help offset the costs of our shipping supplies. We would never try to make a profit from shipping costs.  We want you to love our products and policies and come back to see us.    Full refunds are cheerfully offered within seven days of receipt of the item for domestic purchases and fourteen days of receipt of the item for internatonal customers.  The item must be in the original package with tags in place.  We cannot accept items that have been washed or worn.  Shipping charges are not refundable and return shipping is the responsibility of the buyer, unless there is an error on the order or the item is defective.  Thanks so much for visiting our store.
